At Paly Hollywood, we want your fashion statement to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and stylish in every piece you purchase from our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all Paly Hollywood designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
